在這個急速的城市裡,當一切已可運用機器及模具快速生產,以雙手感受製作的各種工藝頓顯費時失事。工藝的定位由從前需時鍛鍊結合身心的手藝,變成現在的消閒興趣。

Traditional crafting has also gradually transformed from the combination of one’s body and soul to a leisurely trend. However, these three artists determined to revisit these traditional crafting techniques, interpreting and transforming ceramic hand building, needle working and woodworking skills. Through exploring these crafting methods and incorporating with their specialized metal work, they have created several series, manipulating the language of contemporary jewelry to exemplify their love for these traditional crafts, hoping to further the beauty and authenticity in hand crafting.
